We're hiring experienced FPGA Design and Verification Engineers to build and scale mission‑critical, ultra‑low latency trading systems operating in real‑time global financial markets. This is a hands‑on role working at the intersection of hardware, software, and trading, where nanoseconds matter and your work goes straight into production.
What You'll Work On
• Design FPGA‑based low‑latency trading and market‑data systems
• Build and optimize high‑speed Ethernet and networking pipelines
• Develop custom logic to ingest, parse, and process massive data streams with minimal latency
• Create self‑checking testbenches, verification plans, and regression infrastructure
• Measure and optimize latency using simulation, on‑chip instrumentation, and hardware debug tools
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, infrastructure teams, and traders
Core Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience (no recent graduates)
• Bachelor's degree in EE, CE, CS, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with FPGA design and/or verification
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL
• Verification experience with UVM and/or Cocotb
• Working knowledge of Python; C/C++ is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
